Job Description:

„« Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, products and terms.
„« Manages channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution
„« Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
„« Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
„« Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
„« Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
„« Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with other sales representatives and managers.
„« Meets with key clients, assisting other sales representative and managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Available for frequent travel.
„« Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
„« Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
„« Recommends expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; with 5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, support staff and the general public,
Bilingual ¡V Spanish and/or Portuguese a real plus

Math Ability: Ability to apply concepts of business statistics.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word processing software; Excel spreadsheet software; Internet software; Knowledge of SAP database software and Lotus Notes contact management systems a plus.
