| Q: | Is there a fee for using your service?

| A: | No. All fees are paid by IAM clients for successful placements. There
are no limits to the number of positions that your firm can fill using our service.

|
| A: | Your firm will receive 50% of the fee collected from the client. Please note that the
actual percentage fee for each open position is included with each posting.

| Q: | After registering, how soon will I begin receiving job requirements?

| A: | Immediately. You will also have immediate access to view all open positions.

| Q: | Can I view job requirements that fall outside of my firm's area of expertise?

| A: | Yes. Although you will not receive those postings automatically via email, as a
registered recruiter you can view, sort and reply to all open positions by clicking on
"View postings" in the recruiter section.

| Q: | Can I share job requirements that I receive with other recruiting firms within my
network?

| A: | Yes. By clicking the "Share this position with a friend" button next to any posting
you can forward the job posting to your friend.

| Q: | Can I post my firm's open positions on the IAM system?
|
| A: | Not at this time. Presently, IAM job postings are reserved only for companies who
hire employees directly.

| Q: | How do I submit a candidate for an open position?
|
| A: | Next to each job posting there is a "Submit Candidate" button. Simply
press the button, answer the questions and attach the candidate's resume that
you wish to submit.

| Q: | What happens if someone else submits the same candidate for a given position?
|
| A: | Based on the time and date stamp automatically generated by the IAM system, IAM will honor the first submittal received as the valid applicant and notify the
other firm regarding the duplicate submittal.

| Q: | How will I be paid?
|
| A: | IAM will issue a check to your firm as soon as payment is received from the client.
|

| Q: | What happens if a successfully placed candidate does not last through the guarantee
period?
|
| A: | If the candidate "falls off" before the guarantee period has expired IAM will require
your firm to either refund the placement fee or replace the candidate with a successful
placement at no charge. The client will dictate the resolution in this situation.

| Q: | Can I request additional information about a particular job requirement?
|
| A: | You can request additional information regarding a specific job posting by clicking
here. Please make sure that you have the Job reference code available when
you request information.

| Q: | Will I receive feedback on the candidate(s) that I submit?
|
| A: | Yes. You will receive timely feedback from one of the IAM Staffing Analysts.
|

| Q: | What happens if I am already doing business with a client, and I begin receiving
that company's job requirements through IAM?
|
| A: | Although IAM makes every attempt to protect the identity of our clients, there
is a possibility that your firm could have an existing relationship with
an IAM client. Should this situation occur, IAM will verify your firm's existing
relationship with the client and honor your right to work with the client directly when both of our organizations
receive the same job openings.
