Background Summary:
Mark, who currently serves as President & CEO, is responsible
for the creation of the IAM solution and the initial development
of IAM’s proprietary technology. Mark has an extensive management
and product development background. In 1995 he was recruited
to a start-up organization to launch a unique business concept
for a healthcare information technology company. As Director
of National Sales and Marketing, Mark’s proven market development
and solutions selling techniques increased the company’s revenue
form $500K to $10M in three years. He was recognized
as a key leader when the founders awarded 1998 Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur
of The Year, noted as a remarkable start-up organization by
USA Today and Georgia Trend, and voted as one of the nations
fifty up and coming companies by Point of View Magazine.
In addition to general sales and marketing responsibilities,
Mark oversaw strategic development in the areas of product development,
technology direction and internal process engineering. Mark
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from
The University of Alabama.
Background Summary:
Nancy, serving as IAM’s Chief Operations Officer, is responsible
for day-to-day business operations and infrastructure, employee
professional development, compensation, HR and administration.
Nancy comes to IAM from 10.5 years at Oracle Corporation where
she served most recently as Vice President of Customer Training
for the Americas. Oracle Education is the second largest IT
training organization in the world with $300M revenues in the
Americas, $500M worldwide. Nancy managed an organization of
350+ to 50% margins. Her responsibilities included development
of effective hiring and professional development programs, budgeting
and expense control, creating infrastructure, development of
quality programs resulting in 95% customer satisfaction rating
by customers, and overseeing business operations. Nancy holds
a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Auburn University.
Background Summary:
Dan, who serves as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, is
responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance
of the IAM technology. Prior to joining IAM, Dan served as Vice
President and Technology Director for QWIZ, Inc. the leading
provider of skills based testing software for the staffing industry.
As the first employee of QWIZ and Chief Architect, Dan developed
the first computer based skills testing system for the staffing
industry as well as managed the development of QWIZ’s internet-based
testing system for IT skills assessment. During the thirteen
years Dan was with QWIZ, the company became the industry leader
in skills testing and training, with systems utilized by 80%
of all temporary service offices worldwide. Dan was responsible
for all product development as well as internal systems and
support. Before QWIZ, Inc, he served as Programming Manager
for Interactive Financial Services and was a Financial Analyst
for CIT Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Managerial Finance with a minor in Economics from Georgia
State University.
Background Summary:
Pat, who serves as Chief Financial Officer, brings to IAM over
twenty-five years of experience in financial analysis, mergers
and acquisitions in various industries. Most recently
he served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Executive
Vice President of Pointe Communications Corporation. During
his tenure at Pointe Communications, Pat was an intricate part
in the merger of Telscape for over $300 million in stock and
majority ownership of the combined companies.
Pat has previously held CFO positions with Realcom Communications
and Microtel/Advanced Telecommunications, Corporation as well
as served on their boards of directors. Pat holds a Masters
of Business Administration, with a major in finance and a Post
Masters Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Hagen School
of Business (Iona College).
